Clifford Bridge Academy and Blue Coat CofE School are delighted to share the news that they’ve been named as Lead Schools for the Heart of England Music Hub – an exciting recognition of their passion and commitment to music in school. Both schools are now part of a small group across the region helping to shape the future of music education in Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.

At Clifford Bridge and Blue Coat, music plays a big part in school life – from inspiring lessons and lunchtime clubs to performances and whole-school events. Becoming Lead Schools is a reflection of how much music is valued, supported, and celebrated in both communities.

In their new roles, the schools will work closely with the Heart of England Music Hub to support other schools in the area. They’ll be sharing ideas, offering training for teachers, and helping to make sure more children get the chance to enjoy and take part in high-quality music-making.

This is a proud moment for both schools – and a brilliant opportunity to help even more young people experience the joy, creativity and confidence that music can bring.
