Inspire Education Trust is looking to appoint new Trustee (Director) members to join our Trust Board and help shape the future of education across Coventry and Warwickshire.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals with strategic experience who are passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people.
About Inspire Education Trust
Inspire Education Trust is a Multi Academy Trust made up of seven primary schools and one secondary school. Our mission is simple yet powerful:

The Trustee (Director) role
As a Trustee (Director), you will play a vital role in the governance and strategic leadership of Inspire Education Trust. The Trust Board focuses on three core responsibilities:
Vision and strategy
Setting the ethos, vision and long term strategic direction of the Trust.
Accountability
Holding executive leaders to account for educational performance, pupil outcomes and staff management.
Financial oversight
Ensuring financial resources are managed responsibly and used effectively to maximise impact.
The Trustee (Director) role is voluntary, but it provides a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference to children, staff and communities across our Trust. What we are looking for
We are particularly interested in hearing from people who can bring strategic level skills and experience in areas such as (but not limited to)
- Accounting and finance
- Education
- Human resources
- Audit and risk
- Business, community or charitable leadership
We are looking for individuals who can think strategically, ask thoughtful questions, challenge constructively and support collaboratively.
