Inspire Education Trust launches the TrustTalk Podcast

Inspire Education Trust is proud to launch TrustTalk, our brand new podcast celebrating the people, partnerships and ideas that are making a difference across our Trust and beyond.

Each episode of this initial series has been filmed and recorded at The Yard, Coventry, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment where guests could share their stories, experiences and expertise. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who gave their time to be part of the series and for the honesty and passion they brought to each conversation.

Episode One | Richard Easter

In the opening episode, we sit down with Richard Easter, owner of The Yard and Director at Unity in Cov to explore what it really means to create spaces where people feel seen, safe and able to be themselves. Together they discuss inclusion, belonging, authentic leadership and why creating environments where people feel valued benefits everyone. It is an honest conversation about culture, relationships and the responsibility we all have to help others flourish.
